Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the Netherlands only. Ordering from elsewhere, or for a larger group? Email info@swivvyseat.com and we’ll see what we can do.

When it ships

Your order ships within 6–8 weeks. You get an email with a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way. If we can’t make the delivery time, we let you know right away, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping costs

Shipping is €20 per order within the Netherlands, including VAT. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

How it arrives

We pack and ship every order ourselves, and your stool is delivered to your door.

Damaged or missing?

Check your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us within a few days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right. Your rights under our Warranty and Dutch consumer law always apply.

Changed your mind?

As a consumer you can return your stool within 14 days. See our Shipping & returns page for how it works.
